Welcome to Soul Threads, I'm Zera, and I am passionate about preserving traditional Indian crafts and supporting sustainable, fair trade practices. When I took over the business, I shared the founder Rona's vision for creating beautiful, hand block printed homewares and accessories that celebrate the artistry and beauty of textiles.

I was born in a small farming village in India called Dahanu, where I was surrounded by beautiful, colourful fabrics and art. After moving to Australia and settling in Western Australia with my family, I was drawn back to my love of textiles and began working with skilled artisans in Jaipur, India, to create a range of hand block printed products.

At Soul Threads, we are proud to work with artisans who use traditional techniques to create our products. Everything is ethically sourced and sustainably produced, using natural dyes and the purest, softest cotton. From hand-carving the blocks to making natural dyes from the land and plants around them, the artisans share the tasks of creating each piece. This collaborative process ensures that each product is unique and of the highest quality.

Our product range includes a variety of items, such as quilts, cushion covers, table linen, handbags, sarongs, scarves, and hats. We are also expanding into the world of fashion, creating beautiful garments using the same hand block printing techniques.
